Returns & Refund Policy – Urban Orion

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Return period

You can request a return within 30 days from the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • With all original tags and packaging

2. Items that cannot be returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return (e.g. underwear, socks, heavily worn or damaged items).
Sale items may also be final sale, where clearly stated on the product page.

3. How to request a return

To start a return, please contact us at [your support email] with:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for the return

Our team will review your request and send you instructions on how and where to send your parcel.

4. Return shipping costs

Unless the item is faulty or we have made an error, you will be responsible for the cost of returning your item.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of postage. Urban Orion is not responsible for returned items that are lost in transit.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you:

  • If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees (if any) are usually non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.

6. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or colour, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

7. Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive a faulty or wrong item, contact us at [your support email] within 7 days of delivery, including photos of the issue and your order number.
We’ll work quickly to repair, replace, or refund the item, depending on the situation.
