Shipping Policy – Urban Orion

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on the Urban Orion online store and forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

1. Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom (UK) only.
We do not ship to PO Boxes or forwarding warehouses.

2. Processing times

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • During peak periods (sales, holidays, Black Friday, etc.), processing times may be slightly longer.

3. Delivery times

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, typical delivery times are:

  • Standard tracked delivery: 3–7 business days within the UK.

These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as courier delays, weather or increased seasonal demand.

4. Shipping fees

  • We offer free tracked shipping on all eligible UK orders, as advertised on our website.

  • Any additional shipping options or charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

5. Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel.

6. Incorrect address or failed delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
Urban Orion is not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we may charge an additional shipping fee to resend the order.

7. Lost or damaged parcels

If your order appears to be lost or arrives damaged:

  • We may open an investigation with the courier.

  • After reviewing the case, we will do our best to offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund, in line with our Returns & Refund Policy.
